The apartment we moved into has previous water damage that the management didn't disclose. You have to pay a $250 per pet nor-refundable deposit and $50 extra rent per pet, per month--yet the management does nothing to enforce rules of keeping doogs on leashes nor picking up dog waste. The management also does nothing to enforce parking rules...some user people constantly parking in front of buildings, where only guests are suppost to park, etc. When the management holds a meeting with residents, they say that the residents have to tell them about these things if they want anything done! We pay...they get paid...and we're suppost to do the work' Place could be really nice...will be dirt-hole within two years...
