As per the last reveiw, the apartments are great. i would recommend the apartments. the townhouses behind the apartment buildings are a waste of money. There is plenty of parking, quiet and have tons of room. But... there is always a but.... The consturction of the townhouses are poor. These walls are paper-thin, unlike the apartments, so you can hear people talking beside you, and they ain't even yelling. but the biggest complaint is that there are too many drafts coming in. The door are okay, but the wind comes through the windows and the electrical outlets, My electricty bill was $579.00 for the month of FEB. there is a 15 degree change in temp from downstairs to upstairs. and yes i did check and tested it out. so yeah, the place is nice but spending $500 on electricity is crap with a side of crap.
