Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I live at one of the townhouses since 8/05.
This place is a disgrace- period.
1. I was lied to about the parking, We live in the 1st bldg. and the spaces are not numbered or assigned parking. I was told that although they are not numbered or assigned that they are for residents only. O.K. I pay the same as every one elese , or so I once thought, But in the winter everyone parks here and nothing is done about it
2. Figure this one out- Gas fireplaces with forced hot air electric heat (grossly undersized heat unit on top floor, heat rises, with a 12 x 14" duct serving the 1st floors 4 registers) Electric water heater and electric stove! electric bill averages 200$ in summer and 450$ in winter.
3. Horrid constuction quality from the rug to the paint and everything in between. Just a healthy bathroom visit clogs any 3 of the tiolets on the "courtesy flush"
4. 450$ electric bill- really I'd scan it and post it if I could
5. There is 1 small dumpster seving all 40 of the townhouses and EVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!! week it becomes full in 2 days and trash is piled 6 feet high and 10 feet out from the dumpster
6. This one is the proverbial hot fire poker up the rear end. Our rent is now 1696$, it is time to renew (they send letters 3 months early) they are raising us 75$ a month. Here is the kicker- I live at 53 the one with the swing chairs out back my good friends live at 51,55 and 59. My friend at 51 resigned 4/20 and got 4044$ off throught the year. My friends at 55 got a letter the SAME day as me to resign early offering 2799 off throught the year and me 949$ fot the same exact unit for the same exact time. I confronted the office and in so many ways they told me to stuff it.
7. The office people should'nt be working at 7/11 let alone an enviroment that SHOULD be well versed in satisfaction. There 2 faced liars, I wish fox25 undercover would expose these jack arses.
