The train is at the edge of the parking lot, it sounds like it is coming through your kitchen. It has no sound proofing barrier at all. They charge you for every little thing. One time charging me $50.00 dollars for leaving your trash out side your apartment for a couple of hours, until you can WALK it over to the dumpster and one time charging me $2.00 dollars for a dvd rental, that was one day late!!. The rent is 1500 a month for the smallest one bedroom in the world. With nothing included and no ammenities. For example when they opened they were under another owner, who had a made service, and trash pick-up every week. Then a few months later they were owned by a new management and all that stopped and the rent went from 1200 to 1500 a month. So for all that and the meanest and greediest management combined with the obnoxious TRAIN make this by far the WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO LIVE!!!

I'm glad they fined you $50.00 for leaving out your trash. Gross. Who wants to look at your garbage.
