Although I very much like the layout and convenience of my apartment and its location, the staff in the management office is, I feel, disappointing. Considering the fact that they charge a fair amount extra for the dogs and cats that they allow to live in the apartments, they are extremely rude about residents who have cats and dogs...at least that has been my experience. I only just moved in recently, and I have already twice been made to feel that my pets are an inconvenience to them -- when the reality is that the animals are simply there in the apartment. It isn't so much what is said as the tone and the way things are conveyed and communicated. Considering that I pay my rent -- and my pets' rent -- in a timely fashion, I find it quite unsettling to be treated so rudely by the management staff.
If you can overlook their rudeness and their general disorganization (I still have not received a copy of my rent), it's a good place to live.
