We recently moved to MA from out of state. We were nervous about renting for the first time in 10 years after owning. But we thought it would be smart to rent for six months until our house sold and we got the lay of the land. Well six months has passed, our house sold and we found a house to buy BUT we are so happy in our beautiful town home that we signed a yearâs lease rather than buy a new home. Everyone from our neighbors to the office staff and maintenance guys have been fantastic! Our dog loves to romp in his private common area in the middle of the town homes! We love the 30min train ride to Boston, VERY convenient to take to concerts and games at Fenway or even when I just want to go shopping or have dinner in the city! We have found it to be a very pet friendly, quiet, well kept place to live! The amenities are very luxurious, the gym and yoga studio being our favorite. The parties the complex puts on for every holiday gives you a great sense of community that is hard to find! Plus all our out of town guests have been very impressed with our new home and kept well entertained with the pool, movie theater, gym and short walk to beautiful downtown Salem.
