When this complex was originally built, it was run by Jefferson. Within 6 months - a new company, JPI, took over and they are terrible! Rents went up from their already rediculous prices and the service took a dramatic downturn.

The snow plow crews they have actually clear the parkinglot by burying cars! This happened both winters we were there despite numerous complaints.

When we moved out, we hired a professional company to come in and clean the empty apartment - we took pictures of everything. JPI tried to bill us for replacing the carpet - we had to take them to court to stop them from ruining our credit!

Our time there was spent dealing with constant complaints to the management about noisy neighbors - and when someone has an argument - either beside you, below you or even across the quad - you HEAR it!

From the outrageous rents to the non-caring-staff to the regularly downgraded amenities (what good is having say, a movie theatre if you cant go down and use it after 5pm') this place is terrible!

Easily the worst rental experience I have ever had!
