Property is very well maintained, staff is very pleasant to deal with. Love what they did with the pool this year looks wonderful. When you have an issue they respond very quickly. Looking forward to many more years here.

Doug is the only person on the property who is nice. Everyone else is either rude or off putting. When dealing with the front office, they take forever to respond, and when they do its often with attitude.

You do get a sense of being connected to nature due to the many trees and land that surrounds the Bell property. It is convenient having a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The location to downtown is good especially during snow storms.

Clean and Quite but low value for money. Features are clean but dated/cheap. Best part and real reason to live here is proximity to downtown salem and commuter station. if those two aspects are not important I would look elsewhere.

Management, staff, and maintenance team have all been excellent. Facilities, and property are all well maintained. There is a mixed advantage to proximity to transportation which results in hearing both road and rail traffic, but not excessive.
