When I first moved there in 2000 I loved it. It was clean and everyone was nice and it was just a happy place to be.
Now in 2008 I am happy to say I am moved out of that DUMP!!!!
If you are not Spanish or not white you are welcome. The management is out of control and the kids are rude. My kids got picked on everyday because of there color. The trash and mice and bugs are real bad!!!!! They half fix things and if you are white they will not fix a thing. Like I said if you aren't Spanish you won't get ----. Living there the 8 years was HELL
They tell you one thing and do another!!!!
They SUCK!!!!!!!!
Rent goes up every year if you like it or not.
Oh ya if you need 911 for anything it takes them 20 minutes to get to the site. And the other thing is they has false fire alarms everyday and they are LOUD!!!!
If you move there paint your face brown or black and you will get in. Oh ya they say no animals but people have them all SPANISH people because they say yes to them not white people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived here for many years and love my home. Maintenance has always responded to my requests and fixed problems quickly. This a large family complex and there are lots of kids but management keeps them busy with a Computer Learning Center, kids after school activities, field trips, cookouts, etc. I don't think management is responsible for the response time of 911, maybe you need to talk to the mayor. By the way, I'm white.

Some people have nothing better do but write on these pages and say ----, but I hate to say it but the first guy who said all this stuff is so true, Pequot Highlands is trouble. They really need to clean up there acts there or I am calling Boston. They do only like ------ and spanish people. they hate white people and it's sad. You have to kiss ass if you are white.

I lived there 20 years and the first guy is totally right. way back then there was only white people allowed to live there when I was born. As years went on the brown and black people moved in. It went down hill from there. When they started to move the black and brown people in. Then you statred with the crockroches and bugs. ----in nasty. It goes down from there brown and ------ have no respect for us white people. They think they rule the world. I think not. When I moved in it was very clean. They had a tennis court and a basketball court a wodden junggle gym for the kids. When I left they Put up a junggle gym for the babys and one for the kids.
