Apartment and closet size is great but that's about it.
We've had
-ants
-other bugs
-mice
Noise level is awful from above and below, not side to side.
Office staff appears to be helpful but in the end nothing changes ie bugs, noise.
Maintance is awful. Nothing is fixed properly. Took three times to take care of ants and we still have them.
When we moved in, new paint was everywhere.
I would spend a little extra money to save yourself from the headaches we have endured.
