Princeton Crossing

Good for a time, until they raise the rent! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   My husband and I moved into Princeton Properties, and while the place is in a great location (just outside of downtown Salem and near the Commuter Rail), the rent paid is rather high. We have been here for a year, and unfortunately have to move because rent is being raised by 100 dollars a month for the next year--the price then being 1060 for a 1 bedroom apt. Very expensive and not really worth it.
