I have been here for almost a year and i am wanting to break my lease due to there is never hot water and when you do get it you have it for 5-10 minutes. The bigger of the 2 bedrooms is 63 degrees at night no matter how high you turn up the heat. Its because of the windows are way to drafty and no mater how you try to fix it it's still freezing. I made several calls about those problems and they come over but it's never fixed. I have also problems with the kids in the halls running up and down the halls playing at 9-10pm. The walls are paper thin, you can here others conversations in the apartments across from yours. I do not recommend moving here, for the price they charge it is not worth it! oh and the bugs I had to have sprayed for that come up threw the shower drains those are not nice either and it took 3 moths for those to leave.
