Good things - most of the people are very friendly and very nice, nice pool, lots of closet space, maintenance comes right away.

Bad things - you can hear everything, VERY LOUD, not enough space for the $ you are paying, rent is high, not very much counter space, when it snows they don't plow right away, air conditioners are lousy, don't cool down the apartment at all - whoever installed them left a huge gap in my wall so I am freezing during the winter, car got broken into.
