Nice, but costs more than it?s worth

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
A fairly good place to live; not immediately near much (just a strip mall, hospital) but downtown Salem is a 15 minute walk away. The rents increase significantly after a year; for the same amount of money you could find a nicer place in downtown Salem.
