Definitely not worth the money

For what we are paying for this one-bedroom, I expected a lot more. The building is incredibly outdated, with out central heat and air---the air conditioner is a hotel-style unit and the heat is baseboard heat which is really noisy and inconveniently placed in the rooms. There is no dishwasher, and virtually no countertop space. On the upside, it's one of the leat expensive places to live in the Boston area, it's close to everything (downtown Boston is only 30 min by train), and there's plenty of closet space. Don't count on maintenance for anything, though, because after three visits our faucets still leak and the closet door is still broken. They expect an ungodly amount for a deposit, also--first and last months rent plus security. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
