Moving out at the end of October! Thank god! The residents here are terrible they let anyone in for a rental. (Section 8 people) When you ask for mangement to take care of a problem I've had to go over their heads and talk to Princeton properties people in their headquarters. Also its easy yo break your lease because here they don't abide by it. Doors slamming all of the time not a good place to live. I guess when they say they won awards if the people who give them out actually ask the real people who live there and then move out. So nosy that you can hear the people above you walking across the floor at all hours. Residents don't close the laundry room door from the outside so its open and anyone can walk in to the building. Also mangemnt can walk into your apartment anytime they want because they think they can. They say they need to change the batteries on the one of the alarms but they change them when your not at home and they become much of a pain when you tell them not to come in to your apartment when your not there. The Doors are ultra thin you can hear people talking in their kitchen when in the hall way. Also they paint allof the door with the wrong paint and they make the loudest noise when you open and close them. The second door of your apartment has no key for the lock also rthose doors are out of alignment. The centipeed problem is terrible! the only way to attack it is if you spray your apartment once every 2-3 weeks. Don't ask mangement they just shift it under the rug. Also they say they have a company looking to see if people who are parked in the parking lot are not supposed to be there but you have to fight with allot of out of staters for parking. Thank god I found a new place that is much quieter and noe of the stupid problems as this place don't rent here its that bad!!
