I moved in Jan and faced lot of problems since then and now planning to move soon.
The very first month someone smashed my car window and stole the GPS and when i complained about the security they replied "We are sorry, thats all we an say".
Everyweek i used to get notice which i meant for all residents of the building.
i complained of the insects near the AC vent and they replied catch the insects and bring to us then we will decide. they send me the notice 75 days in advance reg the lease renewal and for the new lease they will raise the rent by 80 $.
what else to say...............

This brings back memories of the problems I had last year with this place. They let anyone in with a ok section 8. As for the mangement not responding you are correct they do nothing it takes weeks for them to get off their butts to do anything. Do what I did with the bugs around the AC go out and spray the area your self because if they complain to you give them the bill for the bug spray and for you doing their job. There is no security and people can park there when ever they want because the towing comapny never comes around at night checking stickers. Those buildings should be knoced down and rebuilt under a new management company. Best thing for people to do if you have to be there is look for anohter apartment, break your lease because they will get someone with a section 8 to move in there in a heart beat. Also keep track of evything they say they do in the lease and if they don't follow what they say then they have broken their lease agrement with you. Thats how I got out of my lease it was the worse 9 months of living when I was there. If you can get a response from the management there call princton properties main office let them know how bad it is and tell them about how there is nothing done by the management on site. but move out as soon as you can

As the manager of any apartment community or for that matter any job, there will always be someone you just can't please. I think people need to make there own decisions and not worry about the problems of others.
