Since the office at Princeton does not tell the truth about the apartments,Let me tell you the real deal. Save your gas and time and do not bother to even look at the Princeton Website its a waste of time. Princeton is very desperate to get people in to rent the apartments they advertise on craigslist.com everyday. If you are driving by and want a good laugh take a look at the apartments, you will find paint that is bubbling on the walls, a den that has no windows which is takes care of your haunted house tour for the season in the month of october. You will also find, a deck attached to the apartment with creeking boards that are about to split in two. The bedrooms smell old, and the bathroom even had hair in the shower drain. I could go on forever about this place, see for yourslef if you are really in for a good laugh. I feel bad for the management company who has to actually show these apartments to people, their is nothing to see here except for section 8 renters.

As the Property Mangager of Princeton Crossing Apartments, I can say that we have many wonderful people that reside on the property that are extremely happy with the service my office staff provides. Princeton Properties is an industry leader in providing both furnished and unfurnished apartment homes. We were also the recipients of the National Home Builders Association, Pillar of the Industry award for best service, two years in a row. I do urge anyone interested in renting an apartment to stop by and take a look for yourself, don't believe everything you read, especially comments made from those that refuse to publish their names. Sincerely, -------------- Property Manager

As a section 8 renter, I am very insulted with what this person posted. I live here at Princeton Crossing and yes I do have a voucher, but that does not make me a bad neighbor. I not only work full-time but I am also a full-time single mom. Don't be so quick to judge until you've been in my shoes. Princeton Crossing is a nice, quiet and safe place to live. They respond quickly and the office staff is very informative. Please do make your own judgements and don't just go by what ignorant people say.

Section 8 renters working full time should be able to pay for their own apartment. Why do I have to help you pay with my tax dollars? Princeton would much rather have someone their that is not section 8 they are just forced to let section 8 live their because its the law its just one big inconvience. Sincerely, --------------Property Manager

Gee A section 8 person who works full time. I don't think so you would not be able to afford a apartment there, also with the person who posted as the manager if you truly are the manager then post your name so people can know its really you. I lived in those dilapidated apartments. with paper thin doors. I have made a number of complaints and none got solved so in turn princeton broke the lease themselves for not saying what they would do in their lease. I've know people who have moved out of there the past 2 years with the same complaints.

Definitely a Sec 8 ghetto. When I looked at these apartments, all I heard were TV sounds being blasted into the hallway, music thumping out the windows. Half the residents there are unemployed/sec 8, which means they are going to be noisy ALL DAY. Horrible place to live if you have to pay any more than the $150/month Sec. 8 residents get to pay.
