Princeton Crossing 30% Recommended May 01 2008: Princeton Crossing apartments isn't that bad if your willing to put up w/ some things,like... Old creeking floors, Its always hot no matter what, Clogged plumbing, Shades and closet doors that malfuntion frequently, The walls are Hawthorne Commons 43% Recommended Mar 05 2008: There is a really steep hill in the upper units, The other night in a snow/ice storm my car did a 360 down the hill and I wrecked my car. No one had salted the roads for us, when I Archstone Vinnin Square 58% Recommended Mar 02 2008: I moved in here when it was still an Archstone building and within a month, without notice, the building was sold to TGM Associates. The reason we were willing to pay so much in rent was because of the Archstone Loring Towers 25% Recommended Feb 05 2008: well the building is ok. the first floor is haunted!!! no joke!!!!! if your a kid its a great place for you because practicaly there is like 20 kids here spaning from age 5-14. The bad thing is poor management Hawthorne Commons 43% Recommended Jan 17 2008: Now it is at the point where I am going to break my lease because of the lack of security. There are drug deals going on and the management says :there isn't anything we can do". I call the police but |
