NIce apartments and fast working staff - We lived at Jefferson at Salem Station for two years. The staff for the most part is quite friendly and always willing to solve any problem. Fire hazard The grounds are littered not only with animal waste, but now cigarette butts as well. The policy change in the complex now holds tennents responsible for cigarette smoke damage retroactively. I am a non-smoker so it's not an issue for me. The issue is the cigarette butts are now

Not a place to call "home" The wall at JSS are PAPER thin. I can hear everything that my neighbors do. From vacuuming, peeing, talking, laughing, even sex. I can hear every time their baby cries. It's awful. The toilet plumbing is so cheap, nothing ever goes down.

I moved to Loring Towers a month ago. The costumer service is excellent. The people in the office are wonderful. They made the application process so easy. They helped me every step of the way. The entire building is being remodeled, even the tennis and basket ball court. I just love it

Gets worse by the day Now it is at the point where I am going to break my lease because of the lack of security. There are drug deals going on and the management says :there isn't anything we can do".
I call the police but the problems return.
The safety issue is huge, it is not safe

Moving out when lease is up! This is a nice place until you find out that most of the people who live there are a bunch of Morons and gorillas. Allot fo people who live above me are totally rude! they stomp on the floor all hours of the night. Also calling the management to have people settle down
