Not worth the money Over-priced, noisy, cheaply made. Thin walls allow you to hear neighbors footsteps, conversations etc. Major issues with structure and sub par materials used.

excellent service We've lived here ten months and I had a few maintenance requests that I submitted on Saturday afternoon. Sunday, when we came home from breakfast, the maintenance man was already finishing up. He even painted over an area on the wall that I had damaged. Unbelieveably good
