Lived there 4 years

When moved in things were pretty okay. Then as stayed, nothing was ever really fixed. Started having problems with air conditioner, dish washer, refrigerator, etc. Level of maintenance was 'if it is somewhat working, it is okay. (i.e. if the back of the refrigerator freezes food, well just do not put anything there.)

The dripping bathroom faucet was temporarily 'solved' by being told to 'just really turn the faucet really hard to stop the water' - until the washer cracks and the water starts streaming from the faucet. Good thing to know where the shut-off valve is.

Even though there is a washer machine/dryer on premises, only gives COLD water. Resulted in still taking clothes to laundromat.

Noise level resulted in one tenant moving. (Landlord told her it was her problem to confront the noise-making tenant.)

Some difficulty with getting security deposit returned.
