THERE ARE TOO MANY REASONS TO LIST AS TO WHY YOU SHOULDNT MOVE INTO THIS DUMP. THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE LAUNDRY, BUT AS THE PREVIOUS POSTER SAID, YOUR BETTER OFF WASHING YOUR CLOTHES IN YOUR TUB BECAUSE THE MACHINES NEVER WORK. THEY RENT TO PRETTY MUCH ANYONE, I DOUBT IF THEY DO A BACKGROUND CHECK. THE MANAGER IS A SLACKER WHO DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS. WHAT COULD BE WORST THAN THAT' AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
