I just moved in in January of this year. I was surprised to hear that people were unhappy here because I really like it. I don't know anything about the old management, but I like the management here, they're always nice and professional, and they seem like they have fun. But I care more about the maintenance people, and they're usually there the same day as I call if I call in the morning.
The buildings are clean, the grounds are nice, and they're building a new clubhouse that will actually have a gym in it. I wish they already had a gym, but it's nice that they're building one. The only issue I do have is that sometimes I can't find a parking space in front of my building. Overall, I like it a lot.
