I was indeed stunned to read 2-3 recent postings which speak highly about this community. The reality is totally opposite. I haven't met (in person) anyone in the community so far, who spoke highly about this place. Only people who project this as a great place are those women sitting in the apartment rental office.

I have had some bad experience with the maintenance in the past. Recent one was last weekend in the laundry room. There were remains and leftovers from a repair work. Dryer, washer, and the floor were coated with dust. After the work, perhaps the maintenance didn't bother to clean it up. Dryer and washer were working, hence I suppose it was the responsibility of the maintenance to clean it (not the laundry company). When the maintenance was called over the weekend, we were told that it will not be attended during the weekend as it was not an emergency. We couldn't go to the laundry rooms in the neighboring buildings (they are now locked).

Well guess what... as no one was around, I cleaned everything myself spending time. Ran dryer and washer with waste clothes, spending few bucks. Many thanks to the management for their help and may God bless them!

The management is nothing but useless, and inactive. So I have quit informing them about these kinds of problems and issues, long time ago.
