My fiancee and I moved into Ashford Crossing last year and we both think it's great. Despite what some may say, we do NOT work for management. Believe it or not, people can feel positive about this place and some of the bad reviewers are just plain lying.


As mentioned by others, there are some great things about the apartment. It has a great location, great size, good closet space, updated kitchens and bathrooms, etc. The staff is nice and we have NEVER waited to have anything repaired. The service people are great and very helpful.


Yes, it would be nice if there were more washers and dryers but it's never really been a problem for me. Like anyplace, you work around it. The hallways aren't the greatest but I don't care. It's more important that my apartment looks good and it does. There is also a steep penalty for breaking your lease early (The only reason I considered it was because I got a job in a different city).


Some of the bad posts here are just plain lies. For instance, I challenge anyone to give this apartment a 1 on safety or parking. Noone feels unsafe because nothing happens here. And I've never, ever, had a problem parking no matter what time I have come home. You should be suspicious of a poster that scores the entire place with 1's across the board. They are really full of it.
