The previous poster is a big liar. Yes he is. I can challenge that person (if he is really someone not working for apartment management!!). This board has been so corrupted by fake positive postings by the management, it has become really a useless place for anyone looking for an apartment in the area. If the management wants to advertise and promote their cause, let them do it by other means.

Every resident has different experience on matters like safety, parking, management, maintenance etc. If the previous reviewer has a different view, it is his own. May be he is unique, and perhaps he is lucky enough to have a good experince unlike many other residents. However, overall consensus among most/all residents is that it is simply NOT A GOOD PLACE.

You see empty parking spots in the night these days because there are plenty of units which are unoccupied. This has happened recently. It explains why you don't see problem parking in the night.

Folks, I am still challenging anyone who can really recommend this place. Please, do not be misled by positive reviews on Ashford Crossing. Take a closer look at it before you decide to move into this over priced, old place managed by unfriendly people. One thing probably you don't know until you move in. Management is good for you only until you sign the lease, and every year during the time the lease is renewed. Just don't trust any positive reviews on this website. Talk to some of the residents personally, and have their opinion before you rent this apartment. If you are renting via internet (on one of the Apartment renting websites), you will probably repent later on. So see, feel, smell this place before you sign the lease.
