Apparently posting a positive review means it must be a lie. Take the review of the poster who criticized my post (see the one written by LBN127) with a grain of salt.

As I said before, I've never had a problem with parking and apparently I've been here longer than the poster who called me a liar. Note how he says that parking isn't a problem because everybody is leaving YET he still rates parking a "1"! Seems a little inconsistent.

I also wrote in my post that there has never been a safety incident and that I was surprised that it received a "1" from this poster. He still hasn't described how the apartment is unsafe.

It's also convenient that this poster claims that everyone has there own experience but when I describe my own, it's just a lie. So do I or don't I have my own experience'


I'm surprised I've never met this poster. Although this complex has more than a few buildings, this poster apparently has surveyed a majority of the residents since he claims that my positive review doesn't jive with what the majority thinks. Funny, I don't remember anyone coming to my door to ask what I thought of the place. (I do remember the many calls and letters from management though asking if our apartment needed anything)

I know the building has flaws but all places do. Maybe I have lower standards than that poster but my fiancee doesn't and she loves the place.

I have no idea why this guy hates the apartment so much that he believes it's necessary to call any positive reviewer a liar. If he hates it so much, he should just leave. Instead he spends much time on this website and responds to a positive post within a day of it being posted. Sounds a little nutty. Perhaps this poster works for the management of another apartment complex.
