3 Year Owner - Loves it here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/10/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I have OWNED a unit for 3 years now. While some people find the rules regarding children playing in the common areas problematic, there are valid reasons for not allowing this and as an owner, I appreciate the normally quiet atmosphere. A few years back, this was NOT the place to live in Shrewsbury, but the present owners have done a marvelous job of raising the property values for those of us who own a unit. For people with children, this may not be the place for you. No one is forcing you to stay here. Parking WAS a nightmare until the new lot was added on the south side of the property.
