Awful land lady From: furioustenant2004 Date posted: 4/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Be very careful with land ladies there. When I tried tp move into apt 42B on my move in date, the apartment was a mess. I had to stay in motel for three days and the land-lady never reimbursed us for any of the expenses that incurred to us, due to delay in moving in. She never even appologized for inconvenience. The agent who was always available at the time of renting the apartment was totally unavailable now and denied that any of this was his fault. I had to make 10-15 calls to my land-lady before getting any maintenance work done. I payed on average $40.00 for my electric bill every month, coz she never got the fan (that circulates heat/cold) fixed. When I moved out, I left the apartment crystal clean (I have pics of my apt). Inspite of all this, she did not return full amount of my deposit back. Why' Probably she was charging me for inconvenience she caused me''' I don't know. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PARTICULAR UNIT TO ANYONE.
