Avoid The Green at all Costs!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Worst experience I have ever had renting a condo. The condo association and management are HORRIBLE. They fine you for ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. They are impossible to deal with and charge a leg an arm for parking an extra car. The buildings are not in good shape at all (and reek of cigarettes), the grounds are "eh"...for how much we pay in association fees they should be amazing, and the cement is destroyed. God forbid you move your car 3 seconds late on snow days because they fine you 50 bucks (I literally was late my 3 minutes once). The renters are the most diverse group of people...some are great and others are horrendous. The whole place smells and it's just outrageously unfair what the management can do to you compared to how little they actually do for the condo complex. Avoid living here at all costs...I'm moving as soon as my lease is up. Unless you enjoy annoying and pestering management, smelly apartments, bad "security", and horrible fees I would never ever suggest living here.
