Do your homework... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   The prices here are better than other places close by but the entire complex is built on a hill. Snow removal is marginal and never early. They charge property taxes! The "master" bedroom has no cable hookup and the "master" bath is tiny (shower only). Kitchens and bathrooms are seriously outdated. Windows are very drafty, many have failed seals. Keep in mind that the "model" they will show you is fully updated and decorated. Try to see an actual apartment. However, the rooms are spacious and the price per square foot is lower than other area complexes so weigh your pros and cons carefully.
