cheap rent great service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   at Imperial we have found that we get great servive for no extra charge. alot of places charge for parking, snow removal and maintance work to be done. at imperial we have a great rent that we can afford and no extra cost. we just call the office and someone is sent right over. always very nice office staff we never have a problem with anything and have been here for almost 3 years.
