Imperial Village Apartments

O.K Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have not had any problems with the office or maintenance staff. The lady on the weekend is a little much to take but I just stay clear and deal with Elisabeth during the week. The apartment itself is old outdated. The office is very updated but the apts. are not. Very old windows and kitchens. I have not moved becouse it is a pain in the ass. Also they do a great job with snoe removal. There are allot of hills but Gary does a great job. I dont like the bldgs but I like the way I am treated by the staff. I feel that they try very hard but their hands are tied by the people up higher up. I wont move untill I buy a house. The one good thing is that the apartment is very large. Well over 1000 SQFT. That is hard to find in Shrewsbury. Over all its O.K. They really just need to update the Kitchens. They have donr the hallways since I have been there they used to be bright orange! Thank god they changed that. But it is quite and big, Staff is great.
