Sheridan Apartments

Join here to loose your deposit! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This is a servious review. This place is highly recommended if you are interested in loosing your security deposit. I lived in there for 1 year (precisely) and the carpet was replaced when I moved out. The reason was stains. Infact the stains were pre existing and I mentioned them in my move-in check list (she is refusing to give me the check list). They didn't tell me anything on the day I moved out (they did the inspection while I was around) and she didn't even inform me about the carpet replacement. I did littel research on this and I found out that several people who I know also lost their deposit for silly reasons. I filed a complaint with Mass Attorney General's office and my friends are also joining me. Previously I lived in Worcester for 4 years and that complex didn't chare me anything. There are lots of apartment complexes in Shrewsbury and do yourself a favor don't join or recommend sheirdan apartments to any one.
