Nice Place to Live

Shrewsbury Commons is a nice place to live. The benefits of this luxury apartment complex community are that it is conveniently located between Rte. 9 and Rte. 20; there are a variety of amenities for residents including: tennis courts, pools, fitness room, clubhouse; and it is a very diverse community. The apartments are of a generic variety, i.e. beige carpets, white walls and ceilings, etc. Parking is ample and the noise level isn't too bad. If I had a complaint about Shrewsbury Commons, it would be the cost of living here. After one year of occupancy, my rent increased $200. The rent is comparable to similar apartments in the area, however the fact that apartments this far west of Boston cost about as much as apartments in the city is ridiculous. It is for this reason that I will be moving out of the community at the end of the year when my lease is up. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
