Beware the lease! You'll end up losing thousands.

Their lease says if you need to break the lease, you must give them two months notice AND $2000 as a lease breakage fee. They do mention this when you sign the lease but who would think at the time that unforseen events may force you to break it' This happened to many others. See the other reviews.
I had to break the lease myself due to an unforseen job transfer. I went to their office and asked an agent if I could keep paying rent till someone moves in rather than pay the $2000 termination fee. The agent told me I can do that. Later that agent left the company and the other agents and the rental manager told me such a deal is not permitted and cannot be honored. I tried contacting their corporate office and they didn't even have the decency to reply. I ended up paying the fee.
This is how they treat you. They make money off of lease breakage. In my case they were able to rent the apartment within 2 months after I moved out (I paid rent during this time as part of the 2 months notice). So the $2000 I paid was a profit for them.
Sign a lease like this and you'll most likely be sorry. Ask yourself: Is there a chance you might need to break the lease' If so, are you ready to give them 2 months notice AND an additional $2000 as a lease breakage fee'
