Let me qualify by saying that I am NOT a member of the management. I have found the office staff to be extremely helpful (they?re usually as nice to you as you are to them). They have followed through with complaints I?ve made, even checking back to see if the problem was resolved. Maintenance is surprisingly fast and efficient.



Apartment is totally refinished and a much better layout for a studio than I?ve seen anywhere else. And I do have a dishwasher, seems like some others don't. You can get employer discounts as well.



My neighbors are noisy, but I think it?s more a function of their inconsideration than the construction of the building. Elevator is slow and laundry expensive, but otherwise no complaints. And give me a break with the paying money to break the lease-they explained it to me very well and you should read your lease anyways before you sign it. If you have to break it, that?s your own problem.
