RENT: Way too High

ODORS: The continuous disgusting smell of India Food cooking...its great IF you like India food!

PARKING: Was ample if you didnt mind walking a great distance to your building



The grounds were beautiful!! Pools and tennis courts were all very nice. The apartments were older, but averagely maintained. We were fortunate enough to get a newer apartment, or should I say a remodeled one, with new appliances. Not much public transportation close by. Taxi?s were outrages just to get to the store. As far as the office staff, there were a couple who really went out of their way to help and resolve issues the others could have cared less. Same with the maintenance staff.



When we were transferred out of the area, we had to break our lease, we gave them the apartment early, which they nicely only charged for a 1/2 months rent but......because we didn?t give 2 months notice they charged us for the last months rent and kept our deposit, as well as REPORTED IT TO THE CREDIT REPORT AGENCY. By law they can?t come to collect the money owed because they had the apartment re-rented before we even moved out but because they didn?t/couldn?t collect the extra money they reported "negetive" information to the credit reporting agency. NOT ILLEGAL - JUST DIRTY POOL....So they did leave a "Negative" mark not only to my credit report but to my opinion as well.
