I lived in this apartment for a while and I would not recommend this place. There have been number of thefts in the apartments here and people in the office pretends as if they knows nothing; not even once mgmt alerted other residents. No doubt, mgmt is not responsible for the thefts but they can do a better job by informing other residents.

There is a lots of parking available but parking is convenient based on where your apartment is located. In most of the cases you need to take a long walk (climb the hill) to get-in your apartment. This is problematic during snow as you got to park your car 200 meters away and walk in the dark as surrounding lighting is bad.

I never had issue with maintaince staff, they are good and prompt. But if you happen to go through the staff in the office then you better learn to control anger. You will get to hear lots of illogical excuses. If they wants to do something then it will be done quickly else everytime you check with them, there will be an assurance and illogical excuses explaining why the request hasn't been executed yet.

Elevator in most of the building is very very slow. And if you happen to see one of the apartment then one should not assume that all the apartments are similar. They vary a lot, you might get a shock when you move in the apartment.
