I am happy that I am finally moving out of this place. Before moving here I lived in three nearby communities and I didn't feel the need to post an review about those apartments as my experience with them was OK.

First of all, rents are high here compared to other communities. First time when you move here, your rents will be reasonable irrespective of the lease period. But when they renew the lease, the rents will shoot up. I never heard anyone else increasing rents that drastically. We would have moved out last year itself if it was not because of my unavoidable travel so had to renew the lease. This people claim that these are one of the best apartments in this area hence their rents are higher. But I didn't have good experience here.

The surrounding is quite spacious and beautiful, I got impressed with that while renting. Nice trees all around the complex, swimming pools, club house etc. But interior is not good. Walls between the two apartments are porous. We usually wake-up with my neighbours telephone ring or TV volume. Whenever my fellow neighbour walk in theirs apartment (the apartment above us), we get disturb a lot. Building has one of the slowest elevator you could ever find, I hardly takes an elevator unless I go out with the family. Parking is very far, only couple of slots near the buildings, rest of the parking is too far. Maintainance staff was good. New office staff who joined few months back are quiet friendly but property manager is bit sluggish. Old staff was rude.
