Positives:
- Exterior is well-maintained
- Maintenance is usually responsive
Negatives:
- Overpriced
- Not very well insulated. Heat is electric and not very efficient due to bad insulation. My electric bill is over $300 in winter months. This makes the apartment more expensive.
- Parking is not assigned. If you come home late then you have to park far away from your apartment which can be a problem in Winter.
- No play area for Kids. There is a single swing set hidden back in an area that does not seem very safe.
S- ingle trash dumpster for the whole complex. People usually have to carry trash in their cars to the dumpster because of the distance.
- I have found maintenance staff to be rude at times.
