I've been at the commons for almost two years. I move here after selling my house in Westboro of 29 years. That was very hard to do and the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome.I found the rents to be fair with the surrounding competition. The managment staff'''' What can I say. BY FAR THE BEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET!!!!!!!!
The same goes for the maint. crew. These guys know there stuff and act as fast as they can. They work hard. TRUST ME! People, you must remember, there are over 300 apartments on the property and only 5 or 6 Maintainance personel. Things do take time. Your no more important than the next guy. I beleive you get from people what you give to people.....thats all I will say.
I have never had one problem there. Sure we all want to save a dime, but when it comes to making that dime you yourself require the absolute most that you are deserved. I think the Commons gets what it deserves and thats my thumbs up. The staff there is the best. The grounds are out of this world beautiful. If your heating bill is a little high, turn it down a little bit and put on a damn sweatshirt. I guess it just comes down to "You can't please ALL the people ALL the time".
