I can't wait for the lease to expire on this apartment. It is not the type of place you expect to pay 1500 for a 3 br. When we moved in the cupboards were peeling and the wall was moldy. Management has tried several times to clean it up but it is difficult when there has been 4 leaks in the last 9 months. The filter in the vent didn't get cleaned and clogged up the overflow. Leak! The neighbour upstairs toilet broke. Leak!. Roof broke on top floor. Leak! As you can tell I live on the 1st floor. Tried to change apartments but management refused.

Place is noisy too. Whenever, someone climb the stairs you can hear it real well, like someone stomping upstairs. Especially if the neighbours come home late at night. All kinds of unruly kids loitering. My son's bike got stolen. Management is not friendly and not understanding.
