We are moving in two days due to the inhumane living conditions that we have been exposed too. we moved in last year due to a relocation and can not wait to get out. There is trash all over the place (specifically condoms!),the new 8 month old playground is broken and vandalized, kids unsupervised at the pool, playground and playing courts and I am talking about 2 years old up to 15 years old. the kids are disrespectful and dirty. the buildings are filthy on the outside. I don't think the vinyl siding has ever seen a powerwasher! the hallways are littered with garbage and also double as another source of entertainment for the rude children who run up and down playing tag and onther games and don't care if they bump into you. There are elderly people who live in some of these apartments and that is a severe safety issue right there. Maintance is a bunch of nice guys when they actually get around to fixing what you called for. it took me a week for them to come look at my dryer and another week for the part they ordered to come in. The leasing office treats this place like a parttime job. They pretend to care about your needs but really they just don't want to deal with it. I was specifically told "Sorry there is nothing we can to do someone who wants to listen to music during the day." What happens when that music is disturbing my lifestyle or my kids' I don't need to have pulsing walls and bass coming into my home. please do yourself a favor and find someplace else to live...this place is a dump and getting worse by the day.

Personally, what did you expect when moving into an APARTMENT. I dont understand why so many people are leaving comments about things that occur at every apartment you go to. If you want your own peace and quiet, with no kids around, THEN BUY YOUR OWN HOUSE. What do you expect a place to be like when you have families living above, below, and on every side of you.

There is a difference between children playing as kids play versus screaming, swearing, rude children. There is a difference between listening to music versus the thump thump thump and booming she described. Most apts. do not have this problem - good management sees to that. The issue is the rude, disrepectful clientlele here. Which, of course, is par for the course in an ever- increasing low-mannered world.

The buildings were powerwashed this past summer, and by the way maintenance cleans up the trash as a full time job around this place, if there is ever anything missed its usually on the weekends, their day's off!! and then its taken care of on Monday. Inhumane conditions? When I moved in my apartment was spotless and every time I've had a maintenance problem they have gotten back to in that day or the very next. Its not the maintenance fault if a part you need takes a week to come in, they don't have control over that.

What do you expect when they accept section 8........this is what happens everywhere....Trash produces trash.......'the world owes me something b/c i've been suppressed' attitude. It's horrible. The people who do want to live in a nice community pay a good amount of money...Who are you Jessica d123? Houses require down payments.....idiot. I agree that section 8 behavior is not the same as someone who can afford to pay $1600/month, while the scumbags pay nothing....absolutely disgusting!

I'm planning to tour the place, and to be honest i'm scared. I agree with what Jessicad123 said that's part of appartment living. Something that got me upset was the way you discrived people on section 8. It is so wrong to put everyone on the same category. Not everyone on section 8 is a scumbag as you said. There is a bit of everything. I had section 8 before and it was a great help to me and my family. I lived in a nice house and was able to attend school and make something of myself and can now provide for my kids and afford to pay rent at fair market value. You in the other hand might be able to play rent at its full price, but you sound like a very ignorant and prejudist person. I don't know you but just based on your comment.
