I have been living here for the past 5 months, and I have to say that I am 100% going to renew my lease when my time is up. I searched for a long time to find a great apartment in this area, and fell in love the moment I came here. If you read the other reviews, the top things people complain about are kids, and noise. You are going to find that at any apartment complex, unless you are paying a few thousand a month to live in a penthouse in the city.

The office staff here is great. They have been very attentative and gracious from the day I came to see the apartment. Their attitudes definately did not change after we moved in. They always make a point to ask how things are when I see them. The gym, outdoor pool, and outside courts are a great bonus. The gym is never crowded, and the pool has a lifeguard there all day to monitor the crowd. the lifeguard ALSO makes sure that there are no unattended children at the pool!

As for the apartment itself, it is beautiful. It is hard to find a place nowadays that allows you to paint your apartment, and their pet policy is one of the best I have heard of. The maintenance staff does a great job when you have a problem. I have never waited long for them to come fix a problem. The apartment is very spacious and the walk in closets are great! There are times when I feel like im on a vacation rather than at my apartment because the open hallways and nice balcony views give this complex a great feel. I recommend Commons at Haynes Farm to everyone I speak to. If you are looking for a place in the Shrewsbury area, you are crazy if you dont stop by and check this place out!
