The Commons at Haynes Farm formerly Avalon Arbor

I have been there for the past 7 years and can attest to the decline since the management change.
My fiance does not want me out alone after dark as he is afraid for me. There are large groups roaming at night and the police arrive at the property frequently
The gounds now have brown grass, they no longer accomodate recycling and this summer the pool was green. There was a fire this past summer that destroyed one building.
As for the staff, they are unhelpful and have no interest in the people who live there.
I moved.

The fire was a freak accident that could happen at any property. You fail to mention that the managment relocated everyone to other apartments around the property and accomodated them as well as possible when things like that happen. I've been around the property many times at night and had no problem. There are groups of kids that play together but they are alway pleasant to me and I don't seem them out playing after dinner time around 7p. I've seen them all playing together many times in the outside basketball courts not bothering anyone. This is a big property, you can't expect the kids to not befriend each other and want to play. As far as brown grass, your posting this in winter, look around, you live in New England there is brown grass everywhere!
