Beautiful grounds, some bad neighbors

When we first moved in we loved it but there its declined in safety/noise. The playground, pool and green areas are great. Its also pet friendly and clean. The maintenance staff is always on hand to help and they are friendly. There has been a major decline in the last year. There are several buildings and some are more quiet than others. The decline has been in the attitude of the residents/new residents moving in. They are loud, rude and my husband has even advised me not to go out with our kids so they wont learn bad language, attitude as well as fears for our safety. Some buildings have section 8 which brings in the police cars quiet a lot for minor incidents. The staff tries to be helpful but really if there is loud music, firecrackers, trash or in general loitering by younger crowds they cant do anything after hours. I would advise thoroughly checking the buildings at different hours and days of the week and check with local police for statistics of reports for each building. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
