I've lived here now for a little over a year (just renewed my lease) and am quite happy with my decision to stay. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Any time I had an issue they responded promptly and solved the problem within a 24 hour time period. Dawn (property manager)and her staff have been extremely helpful and informative. The pool area is very nice and even has gas grills to cook on when the pool is open. The grounds are always kept very clean. I know that earlier posts have suggested that this property isn't worth the money. However, there has been a complete change of management and everything the older posts have complained about have been fixed.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking to live in the Shrewsbury/Worcester area.

Hello, Hows is the water bill calculated? Is it a separate bill or is it included in the rent? Are there individual meters in the apartment or is it calculated based upon the area? Thanks.
