"AWKAWRD" I lived this year there. Neighbors are quiet and nice so not so bad memory. However, everything looks old fashioned and malfunctional. Utility cost was extremly high even if I rarely used them. It was not safe around it. Horrible parking place and road. Manager was not helpful
