Overall opinion I find two of the maintenance men excellent. As for the office personnel I found them somewhat incompetent. Repairs have been neglected by the office to the extent where I had to call their boss in Boston. Rent is a little on the high side. Lately, we see more and more noisy

be wary The people here are quite nice, the office is a nightmare but the maintenance staff is great except for one of them that is the painter, but the other two know their jobs an d do them very well.

I enjoy the neighborhood tremendously. The rental office is somewhat slow at your requests. The rent is adequate. the living space is adequate. The grounds are maintained good enough.
